在冰醋酸环境下,在冰水浴中,用二溴海因作为溴化剂,与邻苯二酚反应合成4,5-二溴邻苯二酚。该方法克服传统方法中用液溴作为溴化剂的缺点并有效地提高了产率。该实验通过对溴化剂与原料的物质的量比、反应时间以及反应温度的研究,确定最佳物质的量比是2:1,每次加料时间间隔为20min为宜、反应最佳温度为-5-O℃。

4, 5 -Dibromocateehol were synthesised by using dibromohydantoin as brominating agent to react with the eatechol, in glacial acetic acid environment, in ice - water bath. The method overcame the shortcomings of the traditional method using liquid bromine as the brominating agent and effectively improved the yield. By studing the molar ratio of brominated agent and raw materials, the reaction time and the reaction temperature, the experiment determined that the optimal molar ratio was 2:1, each appropriate feeding time interval was 20 minutes, and the optimum reaction temperature was -5 -0 ℃.
