肝脏具有很强的再生能力.肝损伤后,许多信号分子通过激活级联反应促进残肝细胞的转录因子AP1、NF-kB、STAT3等转录,进而促进G0期肝细胞进入G1期.然后,促进肝实质细胞和非实质细胞相继进行细胞周期,代偿丢失的肝脏细胞及恢复肝脏的生理功能.这一肝再生过程需要多条胞内信号通路调控,主要包括MAPK、JAK-STAT、NF-kB和RHO通路等.本文对近年这方面研究进展作一综述.

The liver has very strong capacity to regenerate. After partial hepatectomy, signal molecules promote the remnant hepatocytes from G0phase to G1 through activating signaling cascade response to promote transcription of the transcription factors such as AP1, NF-kB, STAT3 etc. , then parenchymal and nonparen chymal cells enter the cell cycle sequentially to replenish the lost hepatocytes and to restore the hepatic physio logical functions. This course needs participation and regulation of multiple intracellular signaling pathways, mainly including MAPK, JAK-STAT, NF-kB and RHO signaling pathway etc. This article summarizes the recent progress of this aspect.
