Paraquat%Intoxication%Comprehensive Treatment
目的 探讨百草枯中毒的救治方法.方法 对8例百草枯中毒患者临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 2例放弃治疗,1例死亡,5例存活,存活率62.5%.结论 尽早采取彻底洗胃、胃肠内吸附、导泻、持续血液净化、应用大剂量血必净、激素等综合治疗措施能提高百草枯中毒患者的存活率.

목적 탐토백초고중독적구치방법.방법 대8례백초고중독환자림상자료진행회고성분석.결과 2례방기치료,1례사망,5례존활,존활솔62.5%.결론 진조채취철저세위、위장내흡부、도사、지속혈액정화、응용대제량혈필정、격소등종합치료조시능제고백초고중독환자적존활솔.
Objective To analyze and sum up treatment of paraquat intoxication. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 8 cases of paraquat intoxication. Result Of the total number,2 cases abandoned treament, 1 case died,5 cases survived,of survival rate is 62. 5%. Conclusion We take measures as early as possible, such as gastrolavaging completely, stomach intestine adsorbing, catharsis, continious blood purification and apply a large dose of xuebijing and hormone, thus can improve the survival rate of paraquat intoxication.
