目的探讨出院系统随访对新生血管性青光眼联合手术治疗效果的影响.方法对新生血管性青光眼患者随机分成随访组(n=60)对照组(n=63),系统性随访组进行系统性随访与干预,对照组仅接受常规的出院随访.通过比较两组的患者术后眼压控制效果与滤过泡情况评估治疗效果.结果随访组的眼压控制效果与滤过泡情况明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论术后系统地随访干预可以明显提高联合手术的治疗效果.

Objective To investigate the effect of systematic follow-up on synaptic operation to treat neovascular glaucoma. Methods Divide the patients suffering neovascular glaucoma into Group A (follow-up,n =60) and Group B( control, n =63). Group A was followed up and intervened systematically, Group B was only followed up routinely. We estimated the therapy effect through observing post-operation IOP and tenon's capsula. Results The post-operation IOP and tenon's capsul of Group A were obviously better than those of Group B,which is significantly(P＜0.05). Conclusions Systematic follow-up and intervention after operation improve the effect of synaptic operation.
