目的:探讨卵巢颗粒细胞瘤(GCT)中增殖细胞相关核抗原(Ki67)的表达及意义.方法:采用免疫组化法检测Ki67在37例GCT中的表达,并分析其与临床病理参数的关系.结果:病例组GCT组织中Ki67表达高于对照组(P<0.05);随临床分期升高Ki67表达水平升高(P<0.05);核分裂相高者Ki67增殖指数高于核分裂相低者(P<0.05);复发病例Ki67表达高于原发病例(P<0.05):在成年型GCT中弥漫型Ki67增殖指数高于滤泡型(P<0.05).结论:GCT中Ki67表达与临床分期、组织学类型有关,检测Ki67表达对GCT的诊断及判断预后可提供理论依据.

Objective :To investigate expression and significance of proliferation cell nuclear antigen(Ki67)in human ovar-ian granulosa cell tumor. Methods:Ki67 expression in cancer tissue was detected by immunohistochemical method,and correlations between Ki67 expression level and clinical pathological parameters were analyzed. Results:There were signifi-cant differences on Ki67 expression level among the cases of Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ stage(7.72±2.22, 13.07±4.18,16.80±1.71 ,P<0.05); Ki67 expression level in the cases of karyokinesis≥3/HPF was higher than that in the cases of karyokinesis <3/HPF (P< 0.05);Ki67 expression level in recurrent cases was higher than that in primary eases (P<O.05);Ki67 expression level in diffuse pattern cases was significantly higher than that in follicular pattern cases(P<0.05). Conclusion:Ki67 is related to clinical stages and histological types,and its expression can provide a theoretical basis for diagnosis and prognosis of ovar- ian granulosa cell tumor.
