文中研究了目前已掺杂的铁基砷化物的原子价层轨道平均能与超导电性的关系,发现全部阳离子和阴离子的价层轨道平均能的平均值主要集中在11.407eV-11.705eV之间,而阳离子与阴离子价层轨道平均能的平均值之差的绝对值主要集中在8.446eV-8.869eV之间,并由平均作用能与转变温度的关系推测出目前掺杂铁基砷化物还没有达到超导最佳状态.这将有助于了解晶格上电子的静电作用与超导机理的关系,并对以后铁基砷化物的掺杂研究有一定的指导意义.
文中研究瞭目前已摻雜的鐵基砷化物的原子價層軌道平均能與超導電性的關繫,髮現全部暘離子和陰離子的價層軌道平均能的平均值主要集中在11.407eV-11.705eV之間,而暘離子與陰離子價層軌道平均能的平均值之差的絕對值主要集中在8.446eV-8.869eV之間,併由平均作用能與轉變溫度的關繫推測齣目前摻雜鐵基砷化物還沒有達到超導最佳狀態.這將有助于瞭解晶格上電子的靜電作用與超導機理的關繫,併對以後鐵基砷化物的摻雜研究有一定的指導意義.

The correlation between the energy of valence orbit and the superconductivity of doping rare-earth iron oxyarsenides was researched in this paper. It was found that the average energy values of valence orbits parameter's about cations and anions concentrate in 11.407eV to 11.705eV and the difference of that concentrate in 8.446eV to 8.8698eV for doping rare-earth iron oxyarsenides superconductors. Moreover, we speculated that the best superconductive state of doping rare-earth iron oxyarsenides had not occurred on the basis of relationship between Tc and average energy of valence orbits, at present. It was helpful to understand the connection between the electrostatic actions of the electron on the lattice of valence orbits with superconductivity and research the superconductivity of doping rare-earth iron oxyarsenides.
