建立了富燃料推进剂燃烧成气率测试装置,提出了实验方法,选用酸洗石棉和高硅氧玻璃纤维布作为过滤介质,实现了富燃料推进剂燃烧后气相和凝聚相燃烧产物的可靠分离,同时提出验证可靠分离的方法.测试了实验过程中的压强变化,结果表明,通过调整样品形状及用量和后端盖的数量可以控制燃烧室的压强,可实现一定压强下的样品燃烧成气率的测试.
建立瞭富燃料推進劑燃燒成氣率測試裝置,提齣瞭實驗方法,選用痠洗石棉和高硅氧玻璃纖維佈作為過濾介質,實現瞭富燃料推進劑燃燒後氣相和凝聚相燃燒產物的可靠分離,同時提齣驗證可靠分離的方法.測試瞭實驗過程中的壓彊變化,結果錶明,通過調整樣品形狀及用量和後耑蓋的數量可以控製燃燒室的壓彊,可實現一定壓彊下的樣品燃燒成氣率的測試.

The equipment for measuring gas generation rate of fuel-rich propellant was established,and a experimental method was put forward. Pickling asbestos and silica glass fiber cloth were used as filter in the testing equipment to realize reliable separation of gas-phase and condense phase combustion products. And,a reliable method was put forward by verifying the credible separation between gas and solid/liquid. The pressure change in the course of experiment was tested. The results show that the pressure in combustion chamber can be controlled by adjusting sample shape and consumption as well as the back end lid number, and the measurement of gas generation rate of sample under certain pressure can be realized.
