针对现有轴-轴同轴度测量方法的缺陷,通过建立一套数学模型,得出了测量设备安装偏差量、设备测量值和传动轴旋转角度之间的关系方程,从而实现了只需在小角度范围内旋转,即可得出不含安装误差的轴-轴同轴度偏差量.另外,针对测量设备的特点提出了测量孔-孔同轴度的方法,从而实现了一套设备可以同时测量轴-轴、孔-孔同轴度.
針對現有軸-軸同軸度測量方法的缺陷,通過建立一套數學模型,得齣瞭測量設備安裝偏差量、設備測量值和傳動軸鏇轉角度之間的關繫方程,從而實現瞭隻需在小角度範圍內鏇轉,即可得齣不含安裝誤差的軸-軸同軸度偏差量.另外,針對測量設備的特點提齣瞭測量孔-孔同軸度的方法,從而實現瞭一套設備可以同時測量軸-軸、孔-孔同軸度.

The coaxiality measurement method of transmission shaft is improved. The equation about installing deviation, measured value and gyrate angle is obtained by establishing a set of mathematical model against the shortcoming of existing coaxiality measurement. And the axis-to-axis coaxiality deviation without installing error is obtained by rotating transmission shaft in a little angle range. The measurement of hole-to-hole coaxiality is also introduced based on the characteristic of equipment. The measurement of axis-to-axis and hole-to-hole coaxiality can be obtained simultaneously by one set of equipment.
