目的:比较外用药、CO_2激光及5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)联合CO_2激光3种方法治疗复发性尖锐湿疣的疗效,探索一种能有效降低尖锐湿疣复发的方法.方法:分别采用外用药、CO_2激光、ALA-PDT联合CO_2激光治疗39例复发性尖锐湿疣患者,并进行回顾性分析.结果:对39例患者随访3～12个月,均先开始外用鬼臼毒素酊治疗,平均41 d在原皮损部位出现新的皮损.复发率为100%.再采用CO_2激光治疗,平均57 d复发,复发率为100%.最后经ALA-PDT联合CO_2激光治疗,复发率降至5.1%(2例),对复发患者再次采用联合疗法治疗1次达痊愈.结论:ALA-PDT联合CO_2激光治疗复发性尖锐湿疣可明显降低复发率(P＜0.01),且安全、耐受性好,无明显不良反应.
목적:비교외용약、CO_2격광급5-안기동무산광동력요법(ALA-PDT)연합CO_2격광3충방법치료복발성첨예습우적료효,탐색일충능유효강저첨예습우복발적방법.방법:분별채용외용약、CO_2격광、ALA-PDT연합CO_2격광치료39례복발성첨예습우환자,병진행회고성분석.결과:대39례환자수방3～12개월,균선개시외용귀구독소정치료,평균41 d재원피손부위출현신적피손.복발솔위100%.재채용CO_2격광치료,평균57 d복발,복발솔위100%.최후경ALA-PDT연합CO_2격광치료,복발솔강지5.1%(2례),대복발환자재차채용연합요법치료1차체전유.결론:ALA-PDT연합CO_2격광치료복발성첨예습우가명현강저복발솔(P＜0.01),차안전、내수성호,무명현불량반응.
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of combined therapy with both 5-aminolevulinic acid-photodynamic therapy (ALA-PDT) and CO_2 laser in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum(CA).Methods:Thirty-nine patients of recurrent CA were treated with both ALA-PDT and CO_2 laser. Results:The lesions of the patients were relapsed after initially topical treatment of podophyllotoxin tincture，in average of 41 days.They were treated with CO_2 laser therapy but relapsed again in average of 57 days.The recurrence rates were 100％ after both therapy.At the end，all these cases were treat with incorporating therapy with both ALA-PDT and CO_2 laser.The recurrent lesions were found in only 2 cases，with a declined recurrence rate from 100％ to 5.1％,which were treated with incorporating therapy once again.The two cases were completely cured finally.There was no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:The combination therapy of ALA-PDT with CO_2 laser can significantly reduce the recurrence of CA,with good tolerance.
