以尼龙(PA)6、聚碳酸酯(PC)为主要原料并加入聚烯烃弹性体(POE)及扩链剂(HDI),经反应挤出制备了一种新型PA6/PC合金.探讨了HDI对PA6/PC合金的增韧机理,对合金性能与多重网络结构的关系进行了分析,并探讨了不同增韧剂对合金力学性能的影响.结果表明,这种新型增韧合金具有优异的力学性能.

With polyamide(PA)6 and polycarbonate(PC) used as the major raw material, a new kind of PA6/PC alloy was prepared by reactive extrusion with the addition of POE and chain-extender HDI. Toughening mechanism of PA6/PC alloy toughened by HDI was studied and the relationships between properties and the multi-network structure of the alloy were analyzed. In addition, the influences of different kinds of tougheners on mechanical properties of the alloy were investigated. The results showed that the new kind of toughening alloy had excellent mechanical properties.
