以父母本具有不同花期的三个甘蓝型油菜杂交组合为材料,从摘苔对杂交制种的花期相遇性、制种产量与制种纯度的影响方面进行了研究.结果表明:适宜的摘苔深度能有效地调节花期相遇性,父母本初花期相差7 d左右,以摘苔10 cm为最佳;父母本同步开花的杂交组合通过摘苔处理,也能有效地提高制种纯度.
以父母本具有不同花期的三箇甘藍型油菜雜交組閤為材料,從摘苔對雜交製種的花期相遇性、製種產量與製種純度的影響方麵進行瞭研究.結果錶明:適宜的摘苔深度能有效地調節花期相遇性,父母本初花期相差7 d左右,以摘苔10 cm為最佳;父母本同步開花的雜交組閤通過摘苔處理,也能有效地提高製種純度.

Three Brassica napus hybrid combinations with different florescence that were male and female parents were used as experimental materials to study the effects of stalk picking on synchronization of flowering, yield and purity of hybrid seed production of rape. The resubs showed that suitable depth of stalk picking could effectively adjust the synchronization of flowering, and the optimum depth of stalk picking was 10 cm when there were about 7 days differences "between the initial flowering stages of male and female parents. The male and female parents that were hybrid combinations with the same florescence, the purity of hybrid seeds could be effectively improved by stalk picking.
