综述了近期氧化钙、钙化合物、负载型氧化钙等钙基固体碱催化剂用于酯交换制备生物柴油的研究进展.钙基固体碱具有较高的酯交换制备生物柴油催化活性,且原料来源广、价格相对较低,是一类具有前景的用于生物柴油清洁生产的固体碱催化剂.钙基固体碱催化剂在存放过程中易碳酸盐化而失去催化活性,生物柴油原料含水含酸量不但降低催化剂催化活性,而且增加催化剂回收难度、增加生物柴油产品中钙离子含量,在研究钙基固体碱催化剂催化酯交换反应机制的基础上,解决以上一系列问题,有助于钙基固体碱催化剂的工业化应用.
綜述瞭近期氧化鈣、鈣化閤物、負載型氧化鈣等鈣基固體堿催化劑用于酯交換製備生物柴油的研究進展.鈣基固體堿具有較高的酯交換製備生物柴油催化活性,且原料來源廣、價格相對較低,是一類具有前景的用于生物柴油清潔生產的固體堿催化劑.鈣基固體堿催化劑在存放過程中易碳痠鹽化而失去催化活性,生物柴油原料含水含痠量不但降低催化劑催化活性,而且增加催化劑迴收難度、增加生物柴油產品中鈣離子含量,在研究鈣基固體堿催化劑催化酯交換反應機製的基礎上,解決以上一繫列問題,有助于鈣基固體堿催化劑的工業化應用.

The transesterification for biodiesel production catalyzed by calcium-based solid base catalysts was summarized.The calcium-based solid base catalysts were promising solid base catalysts for biodiesel production due to their high activities for transesterification and lower cost resources.But the catalytic activities of the catalysts could be reduced due to containing free fatty acids and moisture in the feedstock as well as the easiness of the carbonation of the catalysts during storage.It was beneficial to solve the problems in order to develop commercial calcium-based solid base catalysts for biodiesel production.
