胜利海上水平井防砂主要以水平井裸眼挂滤防砂为主,但大泵提液后出砂严重.研究分析认为,水平井滤砂管挡砂能力弱和防砂后未进行酸洗清除滤饼,是导致井筒局部高强度产液造成大量出砂的原因.通过优化设计和配套技术攻关,在CB22G-P2井成功进行了水平井裸眼砾石充填防砂完井试验,并形成了以水平井裸眼砾石充填防砂、酸洗工艺和变频控制大泵生产为代表的水平井大泵提液综合配套技术.目前该井采用φ6 mm油嘴生产,日产液104 t,日产油91.5 t,含水12%,提液增油效果显著.
勝利海上水平井防砂主要以水平井裸眼掛濾防砂為主,但大泵提液後齣砂嚴重.研究分析認為,水平井濾砂管擋砂能力弱和防砂後未進行痠洗清除濾餅,是導緻井筒跼部高彊度產液造成大量齣砂的原因.通過優化設計和配套技術攻關,在CB22G-P2井成功進行瞭水平井裸眼礫石充填防砂完井試驗,併形成瞭以水平井裸眼礫石充填防砂、痠洗工藝和變頻控製大泵生產為代錶的水平井大泵提液綜閤配套技術.目前該井採用φ6 mm油嘴生產,日產液104 t,日產油91.5 t,含水12%,提液增油效果顯著.

The horizontal well completion technology is an important means to achieve less wells and high-production, and to enhance offshore oilfield development benefit. The horizontal screen sand controlling is the main technique in Shengli offshore oilfield, and severe sand production after using high duty pump. Research and analysis was made that, poor screen sand ability and mud cake uncleared by acid cleaning were keys leading to feed flow heterogeneously in horizontal welibore, therefore extensive fluid production in some part of wellbore and sand flow heavily. By optimizing design and researching allied technology, Horizontal wells openhole gravel pack sand-control completion technology was tested successfully at Well CB22G-P2. Basing on openhole gravel packing sand-control completion, acid cleaning, and variable frequence high duty prop technique, a integrated horizontal high production pumping technology has been developed, as well. Now the incremental production was distinguished that 104 t DFPD, 91.5 t DOPD, 12% water content, by using 6mm nozzle.
