综述表面富立方相梯度硬质合金的制备工艺及影响因素,重点讨论合金成分、处理温度和氮气压力对合金表面氮势和微观结构的影响.实验表明,提高Ti含量和增加氮气压力,有利于表面梯度层形成;处理温度应根据合金成分来具体确定.
綜述錶麵富立方相梯度硬質閤金的製備工藝及影響因素,重點討論閤金成分、處理溫度和氮氣壓力對閤金錶麵氮勢和微觀結構的影響.實驗錶明,提高Ti含量和增加氮氣壓力,有利于錶麵梯度層形成;處理溫度應根據閤金成分來具體確定.

The process and effect on graded hardmetals with cubic rich surface was reviewed.The effect of composition,temperature and nitrogen presser on the surface nitrogen potential and microstructure was discussed with emphasis.Increasing Ti content and nitrogen pressure was conducive to the formation of graded surface.The temperature should be determined from composition of the alloys.
