目的 探讨经尿道前列腺电切(TURP)术后残留前列腺炎(cP)的诊断与治疗.方法 85例TURP术后残留前列腺炎患者随机分成A、B二组,A组:前列腺注药、按摩加体外高频热疗,B组:抗生素加盐酸坦索罗辛加保列治治疗,二种方法治疗2个月,对比分析二种方法的疗效.结果 A、B二组的CPSI平均分值分别减少15.3+3.0,10.7±2.2；A、B二组的EPS镜检WBC＜ 10/HP者分别为88.4％、72.1％;A、B二组细菌转阴率分别为88.8％、81.6％.结论 前列腺注药按摩加体外高频热疗治疗TURP术后残留前列腺炎的疗效优于抗生素加盐酸坦索罗辛加保列治.

Objectives To study the Diagnosis and treatment of prostatitis after Transurethral prostatectomy (TURP).Methods A total of 85 patients with prostatitis after TURP were randomly divided into 2 groups:Group A:The patients underwent combination of intraprostatic injection with drugs and high frequency thermotherapy; group B: The patients underwent combination of antibiotherapy 、tamsulosin and finasteride.The treatment course for each group was 2 months.Comparison and analysis were made on the therapeutic effects of 2 therapies.Results In 2 groups,mean CPSI scores had decreased by 15.3 +3.0 and 10.7 +2.2 respectively; the bacterium negative rate in group A B were 88.8％ and 81.6％ respectively.Conclusions The curative effect of combination of intraprostatic injection with drugs and high frequency thermotherapy was better than combination of antibiotherapy、tamsulosin and finasteride.
