目的运用SWOT分析民营与公立社区卫生服务中心的护理人力资源状况.方法用SWOT分析法,对问卷中民营和公立社区护理资源及承担的社区工作内部条件(优势、劣势)和外部环境(机会、威胁)进行综合分析,提出SO、ST、WO、WT的建议.结果民营社区护士优势是年轻化,有活力;劣势是护士流动性大,需提高综合知识来全面开展社区护理工作.公立社区具有本科学历、取得护师职称的护士多于民营社区,承担各种社区护理工作的人数优于民营社区的护士;劣势是多数转型到社区,需要适应社区护理.民营与公立社区护理人员的年龄、学历、职称、承担各项社区工作的比较,差异有统计学意义(P ＜0.05或P＜0.01).结论民营和公立医院都应发挥优势,利用政府给予的各种优惠政策,全面发展社区预防、保健、医疗护理、康复、健康教育和计划生育服务.

Objective To analyze nursing human resources in both private and public community health service centers with SWOT method.Methods Apply SWOT analysis to evaluate the status of nursing human resources and their corresponding work in both private and public community health service centers.Try to find the internal conditions (strengths and weaknesses) and external environments (opportunities and threats),and propose the suggestions of SO,SW,WO and WT.Results Strength of private community health centers was owned younger nurses and more active and the weakness was higher liquidity and less comprehensive knowledge.Public community health centers had more nurses with higher professional titles.And the weakness was that most nurses were just transformed from general hospitals and need time to adapt to community nursing work.Nurses'age,educational qualifications,professional titles and community working contents between the private and public community health service centers were significantly different (P ＜ 0.05 or P ＜ 0.01 ).Conclusions Nurses in bothof private and public community health centers should develop their advantages and make full use of relative public health policies.Community prevention,health care,medical treatment and nursing,rehabilitation,health education and family planning are suggested be put on the strength position and need further development.
