虽然目前对血吸虫病肝纤维化的分子机制尚不太明确,但许多研究表明,细胞因子IL-13对血吸虫病肝纤维化起关键性的促进作用,而其IL-13α2受体(IL-13Rα2)是一个诱饵蛋白,起重要的抑制作用.这些研究结果为今后更全面、明确地了解血吸虫病肝纤维化的分子机制提供了极其重要的线索.为阐明诱饵受体IL-13Rα2与血吸虫病肝纤维化之间的关系,该文综述了IL-13以及IL-13Rα2在血吸虫病肝纤维化形成及其信号转导中的作用.

Numerous reports on the molecular mechanism of hepatic fibrosis in schistosomiasis indicate that IL-13 plays a key promotion role and IL-13 receptor a2 (IL-13Rα2) acts as a significant decoy receptor in the signaling transduction of hepatic fibrosis. This review focused on the relation between IL-13/IL-13Rα2 and formation of eggs granuloma and the subsequent fibrosis in the liver. An increasing number of investigations sug-gest that IL-13Rα2 may exhibit the inhibitory effect on hepatic fibrosis of schistosomiasis.
