目的 了解大学生心理压力应对方式的种类、基本特点,为探索切合实际的大学生思想政治与健康教育的内容与方法,开展有针对性的大学生健康教育活动及为促进大学生心理健康发展提供科学依据.方法 以广州市4所高校2319名大学生为研究对象,采用解亚宁编制的简易应对方式问卷进行测试.结果 调查结果表明,大学生面临压力时采取积极主动的应对方式解决问题,较少采取消极的应对方式解决同题,不同亚群大学生采取的压力应对方式也有所不同.结论 大学生群体面对压力时,基本采取积极应对方式解决,但是应对方式比较单一,也有少部分大学生采取消极应对方式解决压力;开展大学生心理健康教育和指导时,要结合不同亚群的特点,有针对性地开展,教育大学生勇敢积极乐观应对压力,提高压力应对能力.

Objective In order to know the content and methods which can meet the needs of the ideological and health education,and provide a scientific basis for the measures which can promote the development of students' mental health,we investigated the methods and characteristics about undergraduates coping with psychological stress.Methods In this study,2319 undergraduates from 4 universities in Guangzhou were selected as the subjects.A questionnaire revised by JIE Ya-ning was used to collect the information.Results When confronted with the pressures,most of the students took initiative way and students from different groups cope with the pressures in different ways.Conclusions While a few students deal with the pressures in passive way,most of the undergraduates can cope with the pressures in initiative way,but just in a single way.According to the study results,when carrying out students' mental health education and instruction,we should take care of the characteristics of the undergraduates in different groups,and different measures should be taken to improve the ability of students in coping with the pressures.
