目的探讨胸腺异常合并重症肌无力(MG)患者行胸腺扩大切除术后外周血血清IL-17、IL-18、IL-27等细胞因子的变化情况及其意义。方法选取16例未经免疫抑制治疗的MG患者行胸腔镜下胸腺扩大切除术,采用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测术前及术后第7日外周血血清IL-17、IL-18、IL-27水平,以15例健康献血者的血清IL-17、IL-18、IL-27水平作为正常对照。结果胸腺切除术后MG患者外周血IL-17、IL-18、IL-27水平普遍降低,外周血IL-17、IL-18、IL-27水平在胸腺瘤和胸腺增生两种病理类型中无明显差异。结论手术切除胸腺可降低MG患者外周血IL-17、IL-18、IL-27水平。

목적탐토흉선이상합병중증기무력(MG)환자행흉선확대절제술후외주혈혈청IL-17、IL-18、IL-27등세포인자적변화정황급기의의。방법선취16례미경면역억제치료적MG환자행흉강경하흉선확대절제술,채용쌍항체협심ELISA법검측술전급술후제7일외주혈혈청IL-17、IL-18、IL-27수평,이15례건강헌혈자적혈청IL-17、IL-18、IL-27수평작위정상대조。결과흉선절제술후MG환자외주혈IL-17、IL-18、IL-27수평보편강저,외주혈IL-17、IL-18、IL-27수평재흉선류화흉선증생량충병리류형중무명현차이。결론수술절제흉선가강저MG환자외주혈IL-17、IL-18、IL-27수평。
Objective To detect the level of the Intedeukin-17, Interleukin-18 and Intedeukin-27 in the peripheral blood of myasthenia gravis(MG)patients with thymus abnormalites after thymectomy. Methods Select 16 MG patients associated with thymoma or thymic hyperplasia without immunosuppressive therapy as experimental group. The group of patients undergoing thoracoscopic thymectomy with anterior mediastinal fat dissection. Peripheral venous blood were taken before operation and 7th day after operation. The serum levels of IL-17 ,IL-18 and IL-27 were detected with enzyme-linked immonosorbent assay(ELISA). Serum IL-17, IL-18 and IL-27 levels of 15 healthy blood donors as a healthy control group. Results After thymectomy, levels of IL-17, IL-18 and IL-27 were decreased significantly. There were no difference among the serum levels of IL-17,IL-18 and IL-27 in the thymoma group with the thymic hyperplasia group. Conclusions The thymus expand resection reduced the peripheral levels of IL-17 ,IL-18 and IL-27 of MG patients.
