应用免疫组织化学和Western blot技术对雌激素受体β(Estrogen Receptor,β,ERβ)及其磷酸化形式p-ERβ进行定位和半定量的研究,探讨ERβ和p-ERβ在小鼠发情周期卵巢中的表达规律.Western bolt检测结果表明,在小鼠发情周期卵巢中,ERβ和p-ERβ均在小鼠发情期卵巢中高水平表达,而在其他时期的表达量差异不显著.同时.免疫组织化学结果显示,ERβ及p-ERβ在小鼠卵巢的卵泡和黄体中,随发情周期的变化而有规律的分布.ERβ及p-ERβ在小鼠卵巢中的分布和表达量的变化与卵巢中卵泡和黄体的发育过程基本一致,揭示ERβ对小鼠卵巢发情周期的周期变化具有调节作用.

In the experiment, the expression and distribution regulation of Erβ and p-Erβ were researched on mouse ovary which were chosen from different pedods of cestrous cycle. Dudng the study process, immuno-histochemistry and Western blot technique were used as the main investigative methods, which were respective to study on protein location and expressive amount of Erβ and p,-Erβ in mouse ovary, results showed that, in different mouse cestrous cycle, Erβ and p-Erβ are highly express in whole estrus. The than other three pedods by Western blot technique, while there was no distiction among other pededs. And immuno-histochemistry results revealed that in ovarian follicle and corepus luteum of mouse ovary, Erβ and p-Erβ were distributed regularly during mouse oestrous cycle. The experiment confirmed that in the pedod of mouse ovary, distribution and expressive of Erβ and p-Erβ amount change were coincident with development process of ovarian follicle and corepus luteum. And the experiment revealed that Erβ played an important role in regulating the reproductive process of mouse ovary.
