[目的]探讨免疫应激对莱芜猪、鲁莱猪及大约克夏断奶仔猪免疫功能的影响.[方法]分别选用12头体重为(13.6± 0.5)kg的莱芜猪、鲁莱猪和大约克夏猪,采用2×3因子设计:免疫应激(注射LPS或生理盐水),品种类型(莱芜猪、鲁莱猪和大约克夏猪).试验第1 天,分别给每品种中的6头猪注射200 μg/kg稡W的LPS,其余6头注射生理盐水作为对照,并进行猪瘟疫苗接种.注射LPS后的第2、7和14天,采血测定其淋巴细胞转化率;注射LPS前1天、注射LPS后第7天和第14天,测定其猪瘟抗体水平.[结果]猪在LPS刺激后的第2天,其淋巴细胞转化率显著高于生理盐水组(P<0.01),莱芜猪的淋巴细胞转化率显著高于大约克夏猪(P<0.05);免疫应激对不同品种仔猪的猪瘟抗体水平无差异性影响.[结论]LPS能够有效刺激不同品种猪的细胞免疫机能,并且不同品种仔猪免疫应答能力有差异.

[ Objective ] The research aimed to explore effects of an immunological stress on immune response in different breeds of piglets (Lulai pig, Laiwu pig and Yorkshire). [Method] All the 12 weaning pigs ( Lulai, Laiwu and Yorkshire) of(12.6±0.5) kg were used in a 2 × 3 factorial design. The main factors consisted of immunological challenge (LPS or saline) and breeds (Lulai pig, Laiwu pig and Yorkshire). On day one,6 piglets of each breed were injected with LPS at 200 μg/kg·BW or an equivalent amount of sterile saline, and injected swine plague vaccine at the same time. Blood sample were collected at 2、7 and 14 d post-injection to analysis the blood lymphocyte proliferation; The level of swine plague antibody of 1 d pro-injection and 7,14 d post-injection were test. [ Results ] On day 2 after injection, the lymphocyte transformation rate of piglets injected with LPS were significantly (P<0. 01 ) increased compared with piglets injected with saline. The lymphocyte transformation rate of Laiwu piglets were raised significant than Yorkshire piglets ( P < 0.05). Effects of immunological stress on the level of swine plague antibody had not significant difference in different breeds of piglets. [ Conclusion ] The results indicated that LPS can effectively stimulate cell immunity reaction in different breeds of piglets, and the immune response ability is different in various breeds of piglets.
