陶瓷材料因其优异的物理和力学性能而广泛应用于电子和机械工业.但因其脆性而使成形加工一直是个技术难题,存在成形效率低、加工表面质量差等缺点.介绍了陶瓷材料的激光铣削成形技术,分析了其工艺原理、技术特点及影响因素,指出了应用研究还需解决的一些关键问题,探讨了提高陶瓷加工质量的措施.最后展望了陶瓷材料激光铣削三维成形技术的应用前景.

Ceramic materials are applied in electronic industry and mechanical industry widely for the benefits of the excellent physical and mechanical properties.But the forming processing is difficult because of its brittleness,which have some defects,such as lower machining efficiency and weaker machining quality.The forming technique of laser milling on ceramic materials is introduced.The laser milling principle,characteristics and influence factors are analyzed.The main problems of 3D laser milling in application research are pointed out and the improved measures are discussed.Finally,the application prospect of 3D laser milling on ceramics is forecasted.
