采用GC—ECD标准曲线法测定大气中17种有机氯农药,采用索氏提取、旋转蒸发仪和氮吹仪浓缩前处理方法。测定空白加标精密度、准确度,样品加标精密度、准确度和方法检出限,结果表明大气中空白加标精密度、准确度分别在7.4—19.5%@81.7~114%&N,检出限在0.06—0.23ng/m3之间。

A method using SOXHLET, extracted liquid and Vortex Nitrogen Sweeping as its sample pretreatment method has been developed for the determination of 17 organochlorine pesticide residues in Atmosphere by GC-ECD standard curve. This method determinated blank spike precision and accuracy, and spiked standards precision and accuracy. The results showed that blank spike precision was from 7.4% to 19.5%, accuracy was from 81.7% to 114%. The detection limit estimation was from 0.06 ng/m3 to 0.23 ng/m3 in the air.
