Battlefield target value priority is one of the foundations for target selection.There are many different targets with great randomcity on the battlefield.A new information entropy and TOPSIS method is proposed for determining the battlefield target value priority.An evaluation index system of target value is established combined with the factors influencing the battlefield target value.A case study is conducted and the result indicates that the model of battlefield target value priority is effective and practicable.The paper preferably takes on a strong practical value to help the artillery attack targets more rapidly and effectively.
