目的 探讨可逆性后部白质脑病综合征(RPLS)的临床特点,以加深对该病的认识.方法 回顾性分析11例RPLS的临床资料.结果 11例RPLS中,病因为妊娠高血压综合征、先兆子痫2例(孕38周),慢性肾功能不全4例,恶性高血压4例,肺癌化疗后1例.主要临床表现为头痛、视觉障碍、精神行为异常、共济失调、癫痫发作等.神经影像学表现为双侧大脑半球后部广泛性白质异常,如顶枕颞叶,也可累及脑干、小脑、丘脑及其他部位.结论 RPLS的临床和影像学具有一定的特征性,大多数病灶为可逆性,早期诊断及治疗预后良好.
目的 探討可逆性後部白質腦病綜閤徵(RPLS)的臨床特點,以加深對該病的認識.方法 迴顧性分析11例RPLS的臨床資料.結果 11例RPLS中,病因為妊娠高血壓綜閤徵、先兆子癇2例(孕38週),慢性腎功能不全4例,噁性高血壓4例,肺癌化療後1例.主要臨床錶現為頭痛、視覺障礙、精神行為異常、共濟失調、癲癇髮作等.神經影像學錶現為雙側大腦半毬後部廣汎性白質異常,如頂枕顳葉,也可纍及腦榦、小腦、丘腦及其他部位.結論 RPLS的臨床和影像學具有一定的特徵性,大多數病竈為可逆性,早期診斷及治療預後良好.

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of reversible posterior leukoencephalopathy syndrome ( RPLS ),in order to deepen the awareness of the disease.Methods The clinical data of 11 patients with RPLS in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results In the 11 cases with RPLS,there were two cases of pregnancy induced hypertension,preeclampsia(38 weeks pregnant),four eases of chronic renal insufficiency,four cases of malignant hypertension,and one case of lung cancer after chemotherapy.The main clinical presentations were headache,abnormality of visual perception,mental and behavioral abnormalities,ataxia,epileptic seizure and so on.The neuroimaging performances were extensive white matter abnormalities of the rear of the bilateral cerebral hemispheres,such as the parietal-occipital temporal lobe lesions,also involving the brain stem,cerebellum,thalamus and other parts.Conclusion The clinical characteristics and neuroimaging performances of RPLS has certain characteristics,the majority of lesions were reversible,if the early diagnosis and treatment,the prognosis is usually good.
