G蛋白偶联受体-胃动素受体基因(GPR38)第一外显子177位碱基存在A/C变异;第一外显子799位存在C/T变异,均未改变氨基酸编码.提示糖尿病胃轻瘫的易感性与GPR38的单核甘酸多态性可能没有关系.本研究补充了GPR38 SNPs的数据库信息.

The PCR-amplified products of 2 exons of GPR 38 (motilin receptor) gene were directly sequenced in 40 cases with diabetic gastroparesis (DG) and 40 normal subjects (NS). There were 2 SNP sites (117 A/C and 799 C/T) in exon 1, which did not change the codons and there were no differences in the 2 SNP sites between DG and NS.
