Quercus fabri%Shading treatment%Photosynthetic characteristics
[目的]为白栎的园林应用提供理论参考.[方法]试验设CK(0%遮光)、G1(30%遮光)、G2(60%遮光)和G3(80%遮光)4个处理,通过测定白栎的光合生理指标研究了遮光对其光合特性的影响.[结果] 处理G2和G3的可溶性糖含量分别为CK的89.60%和79.04%.与CK相比,处理G1、G2、G3的总叶绿素含量分别提高了8.78%、38%和130%.4个处理的净光合速率峰值分别为13.99、15.98、13.38和7.01 μmol/(m·s),最大蒸腾速率分别为1.86、2.46、2.46和1.58 mmol/(m~2·s),光补偿点分别为16.56、22.16、4.48和42.42 μmol/(m~2·s),光饱和点分别为1 045.5、1 110.7、1 055和806.1 μmol/(m~2·s),光强-净光合速率响应曲线方程分别为y=-2E-05x2+0.032 9x- 0.539 8、y=-1E-05 x2+0.030 2x - 0.662 2、y=-1E-05x2+0.021 1x - 0.094 2和y=-1E-05 x2+0.018 2x-0.751 8,表观量子效率分别为0.046 9、0.043 0、0.040 4和0.026 1.[结论]白栎具有一定的耐荫性,但严重遮光(80%遮光)不利于其正常生长.

[Objective] The aim of the research was to supply theoretical reference for the landscape application of Quercus fabri. [Method] Four treatments of CK (without shading),G1(shading by 30%),G2(shading by 60%) and G3 (shading by 80%) were arranged in the experiment,the effects of shading on the photosynthetic characteristics of Q. fabri were researched through measuring its photosynthetic and physiological indices. [Result] The soluble sugar contents of Treatment G2 and G3 were 89.60% and 79.04% of that of CK resp. In Comparison to CK,the total chlorophyll contents of Treatment G1,G2 and G3 were enhanced by 8.78%,38% and 130% resp. The peak values of net photosynthetic rates of the 4 treatments were 13.99,15.98,13.38 and 7.01 μmol/(m·s) resp.,their maximum transpiration rates were 1.86,2.46,2.46 and 1.58 mmol/(m~2·s) resp.,their light compensation points were 16.56,22.16,4.48 and 42.42 μmol/(m~2·s) resp.,their light saturation points were 1 045.5,1 110.7,1 055 and 806.1 μmol/(m~2·s) resp.,their responding curve equations of light intensity-net photosynthetic rate were y=-2E-05x2+0.032 9x - 0.539 8,y=-1E-05 x2+0.030 2x - 0.662 2,y=-1E-05x2+0.021 1x - 0.094 2 and y = -1E-05 x2+0.018 2x - 0.751 8 resp. and their apparent quantum yields were 0.046 9,0.043 0,0.040 4 and 0.026 1 resp. [Conclusion] Q. fabri had some shade-tolerance,but the severe shading (shading by 80%) went against its normal growth.
