The corrosion reason of valve parts in overhaul locomotive braking system were analyzed, all kinds of anti-corrosion materials and technique were contrasted, through a large number of experiments, the results shown that nano coating have very good anticorrosion performance to valve parts in overhaul locomotive braking system, and it with green environmental protection, construction process simple, low cost and it is worthy of popularizing.
