针对碱渣碳化液突出的酚浓度高问题,选择了30%磷酸三丁酯煤油溶液作为络合萃取脱酚剂。在此基础上,进行了多级连续逆流离心萃取脱酚及萃取剂反萃再生的研究,确定了适宜的工艺操作参数。结果表明,在弱碱性条件下,采用30%磷酸三丁酯煤油溶液处理碳化液,可在不调节温度和pH值的情况下实现高效络合萃取脱酚,脱除率大于99%,且萃取剂易于碱洗反萃再生,有利于工业实施。
針對堿渣碳化液突齣的酚濃度高問題,選擇瞭30%燐痠三丁酯煤油溶液作為絡閤萃取脫酚劑。在此基礎上,進行瞭多級連續逆流離心萃取脫酚及萃取劑反萃再生的研究,確定瞭適宜的工藝操作參數。結果錶明,在弱堿性條件下,採用30%燐痠三丁酯煤油溶液處理碳化液,可在不調節溫度和pH值的情況下實現高效絡閤萃取脫酚,脫除率大于99%,且萃取劑易于堿洗反萃再生,有利于工業實施。

In view of the high concentration of phenol in caustic carbonized sludge,a complexing dephenol extractor,30% TBP(tributyl phosphate) kerosene solution was selected.Continuous multistage counterflow centrifugal dephenol extraction and reextraction regeneration of the extractor were studied and proper operating parameters determined.The results showed that under weak caustic conditions,using 30% TBP kerosene solution to treat carbonized sludge,high efficiency complexing extraction dephenol can be realized without adjusting the temperature and the pH value.The removel percentage of phenol is more than 99% and the extractor is easily regenerated via caustic reextraction.
