以小截面低碳钢-紫铜焊接对偶为例,利用正交实验方法研究了电容储能焊规范参数对接头质量的影响规律,为规范参数的合理选择提供了科学依据。同时对低碳钢-奥氏体不锈钢、低碳钢-紫铜、镍-钨三种对接接头的连接机理进行了分析,为进一步扩大这一焊接方法的应用奠定了良好基础。
以小截麵低碳鋼-紫銅銲接對偶為例,利用正交實驗方法研究瞭電容儲能銲規範參數對接頭質量的影響規律,為規範參數的閤理選擇提供瞭科學依據。同時對低碳鋼-奧氏體不鏽鋼、低碳鋼-紫銅、鎳-鎢三種對接接頭的連接機理進行瞭分析,為進一步擴大這一銲接方法的應用奠定瞭良好基礎。

Taking the welding couple with samll section area of mild steel and pure copper for example,the influence of the parameters of capacitor discharge welding on the joint quality has been studied by means of the orthogonal regression method
which provides a scientific basis for selection reasonable welding parameters. And the joining mechanisms of the welding joints of mild steel-austenite stainless steel mild steel-pure copper and nickel-tungsten were analyzed,which lay a good foundation for further expanding the application of the welding method.
