采用盆栽试验法研究了短小芽孢杆菌EN16对番茄青枯病的诱导抗病效应.结果表明,菌株EN16诱导番茄产生对青枯病的防病效果达到49.45%-68.89%;分别在挑战接种间隔期为7-10 d、菌株灌根接种2种处理条件下,菌株EN16表现出较好的诱导抗病效果.测定EN16处理对番茄叶片中几种防御酶的影响,结果显示,在病菌挑战接种前后菌株EN16处理均能引起过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)和苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)等防御酶活性的显著增强.

The induced resistance of Bacillus pumilus strain EN16 to tomato bacterial wilt was studied by using the potted method in greenhouse. Results showed that strain EN16 protected tomato against wilt disease with the effect of 49.45% -68.89% ; and higher efficiency was obtained with an interval of seven to ten days between EN16 induction and challenge inoculation or by means of pouring-root induction. Further studies were carried out to evaluate the effect of EN16 on the activity of defense enzymes in leaves of tomato, the result indicated that the activities of PAL, PPO and POD enzyme in the plants treated with EN16 were significantly increased before and after the challenge inoculation.
