研究了以1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚为配位剂,Triton X-114 为非离子表面活性剂,硝酸-甲醇为黏度调节剂,浊点萃取-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定锌的方法,对试验条件进行了优化.在最佳条件下,锌的检测限为0.687 μg/L,富集倍数为66.对水样中锌的含量进行了测定,加标回收率为95%~102%.

Using 1-(2-pyridylazo)-2-naphthol(PAN)as chelating agent,Triton X-114 as nonionic surfactant,and HNO_3-methnol as regulator of viscosity,the determination conditions of zinc by cloud point extraction-flame atomic absorption spectrometry (CPE-FAAS) method were optimized. Under the optimal conditions,the detection limit of zinc was 0.687 μg/L. The enrichment factor was 66-fold for zinc. The proposed method was successfully applied to the determination of trace quantities of zinc in water samples,with the satisfactory recoveries ranging from 95 % to 102%.
