测定了压力0.5~3.0 MPa、温度233.15~293.15 K条件下CH_4/m-C_9H_(12)(即均三甲苯)体系的二元汽液相平衡数据,用PR方程对CH_4/m-C_9H_(12)体系的汽液相平衡数据进行关联,得到了二元交互作用参数.实验数据的偏差分析证明PR方程适合描述该体系.基于以上结果,并结合文献数据,计算了CH_4/C_2H_4/m-C_9H_(12)三元体系的相平衡数据,并绘制了该三元体系的相图.结果表明,CH_4和m-C_9H_(12)的相容性与C_2H_4和m-C_9H_(12)相比差异较大,m-C_9H_(12)是一种适合吸收C_2H_4的溶剂.

Isothermal vapor-liquid equilibrium (VLE) data for the CH_4/m-C_9H_(12) (i. e. mesitylene) binary system have been measured under pressures of 0.5 to 3.0 MPa, and temperatures of 233.15 to 293.15 K. The VLE data were correlated by means of the Peng-Robinson equation and the interaction coefficient was calculated. Combination of the results with other data in the literature allowed the phase equilibrium data of the CH_4/C_2H_4/m-C_9H_(12) ternary system to be calculated. The phase diagram was also derived. The ternary system phase diagram showed that C_2H_4 dissolves to a much larger extent in m-C_9H_(12) than in CH_4, which means that m-C_9H_(12) has the potential to absorb ethylene.
