将聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTT)、添加剂碱性共聚酰胺和聚乙基甲基丙烯酸锌(Surlyn)在哈克流变仪中共混,并制得共混纤维.研究了共混物的相容性以及共混纤维的染色性.结果表明:加人Surlyn后,共混物相容性大大改善,添加剂分布趋向均匀,共混物中PTT/添加剂/Surlyn质量比为95/5/2.0时,增容效果最佳;当纤维中三胺摩尔分数小于5%时,添加剂对共混纤维的力学性能影响不大.当纤维中三胺摩尔分数为3%时.纤维取向度为86.2%;当纤维中三胺摩尔分数为5%时,纤维对酸性红BG的上染率达71.3%.色牢度不低于4级.

Polytrimethylene terephthalate(PTT)was blended with basic copolyamide additive and poly(ethylene-co-zinc meth-acrylate)(Surlyn)in a HAAKE rbeometer and was spun into blend fiber.The compatibility of the blend system and the dyeing behavior of the blend fiber were studied.The results showed that the compatibiltiy of the blend was greatly improved and the dispersion of the additive tended to be uniform owing to the addition of Surlyn.The optimal compatibilization effect was achieved as the PTT/additive/Surlyn mass ratio was 95/5/2.0.The additive had no great impact on the mechanical properties of the blend fiber as the triamine content was below 5%in the fiber by mole fraction.The orientation degree of the blend fiber was 86.2%with 3%triamine in the fiber by mole fraction.The dye uptake was up to 71.3%for acid red BG dyestuff and the color fastness was not lower than Grade 4 as the triamine content was 5%in the fiber by mole fraction.
