以废弃聚酯、乙二醇、氯化亚砜、十二烷基二甲基叔胺为原料,合成了含有酯基的季铵盐Gemini型表面活性剂.用正交试验法对试验条件进行优化,得出较优的合成工艺条件:n(中间体):n(十二烷基二甲基叔胺)=1:2.1,反应温度为57℃,反应时间为12 h.用红外光谱及显色反应对产物结构进行表征,同时测试了表面活性剂的表面张力、熔点、泡沫性能、溶解性能等.测试结果显示其临界胶束浓度值为1.47 × 10~(-4) mol/L,表面张力为28.56 mN/m,其表面活性明显低于工业常用的表面活性剂.
以廢棄聚酯、乙二醇、氯化亞砜、十二烷基二甲基叔胺為原料,閤成瞭含有酯基的季銨鹽Gemini型錶麵活性劑.用正交試驗法對試驗條件進行優化,得齣較優的閤成工藝條件:n(中間體):n(十二烷基二甲基叔胺)=1:2.1,反應溫度為57℃,反應時間為12 h.用紅外光譜及顯色反應對產物結構進行錶徵,同時測試瞭錶麵活性劑的錶麵張力、鎔點、泡沫性能、溶解性能等.測試結果顯示其臨界膠束濃度值為1.47 × 10~(-4) mol/L,錶麵張力為28.56 mN/m,其錶麵活性明顯低于工業常用的錶麵活性劑.

A biquaternaryammonium salt surfactant with ester bond was synthesized using waste polyester,ethylene glycol,chlorinated sulfoxide and N,N-demethyldodecylamine.The optimum reaction conditions obtained by orthogonal experiment are as follows:n(intermediate):n(N,N-demethyldodecylamine)=1:2.1,reacting at 57℃for 1 2 h.The product structures were characterized by IR and color reaction.The surface tension,melting point,foaming and solving properties of the product were tested.It was found that its critical micelle concentration value is 1.47×10~(-4)mol/L and the surface tension value is 28.56 mN/m.The surface activity is obviously lower than that of commonly used commercial SUrfactants.
