    目的 了解患者的安伞相关认知、行为和患者的知情情况,探讨患者参与患者安全的影响因素,为提高患者参与患者安全提供可行的建议.方法 使用自行设计的<患者参与患者安全调查问卷>对广州市2家三级甲等综合医院、1家二级甲等综合医院的400名住院患者进行问卷调查.结果 患者对医疗安全隐患认识不足,缺乏关注,教育是患者认知和行为主要影响因素.结论 鼓励患者参与安全需要引起患者对患者安全问题的关注,患者参与安全需要有效地信息支持,加强医患沟通改善患者知情情况,使患者掌握正确的安全认知,促进患者参与安全工作的开展.

    Objective To investigate cognition, behaviors and extend of being informed of patient safety and to explore factors affecting patients' involvement in patient safety so as to provide feasible suggestion on its practice. Methods 400 inpatients from three hospitals in Guangzhou were investigated with self-designed questionnaire. Results Data revealed that there was a lack of awareness of medical errors which led to insufficient attention to patient safety. Education served as the major factor affecting cognition and behaviors of patient safety. Conclusions Public attention to patient safety should be provoked, sufficient information is demanded, and patient-doctor communication should be encouraged to improve patients' involvement in patient safety.
