目的 探讨核转录因子(NF)-кB mRNA在乳腺癌组织中的表达及同临床病理指标之间的关系.方法 运用逆转录聚合酶链式反应技术测定70例乳腺癌及配对正常乳腺组织标本中转录因子-кB mRNA表达,分析其阳性表达率同临床病理指标的关系.结果 70例乳腺癌组织中44例呈NF-кB mRNA阳性表达,70例配对正常乳腺组织中29例阳性表达,乳腺癌组织中核转录因子-кB mRNA表达显著高于配对组织(P<0.05);淋巴结转移组(73.9%)、临床晚期乳腺癌(84.6%)中NF-кB mRNA表达均显著高于无转移组(41.7%)及早期组(50.0%),P<0.05.结论 NF-кB mRNA在乳腺癌组织中高表达,同肿瘤转移及进展相关,NF-кB参与了乳腺癌转移,可预测肿瘤进展及预后.
目的 探討覈轉錄因子(NF)-кB mRNA在乳腺癌組織中的錶達及同臨床病理指標之間的關繫.方法 運用逆轉錄聚閤酶鏈式反應技術測定70例乳腺癌及配對正常乳腺組織標本中轉錄因子-кB mRNA錶達,分析其暘性錶達率同臨床病理指標的關繫.結果 70例乳腺癌組織中44例呈NF-кB mRNA暘性錶達,70例配對正常乳腺組織中29例暘性錶達,乳腺癌組織中覈轉錄因子-кB mRNA錶達顯著高于配對組織(P<0.05);淋巴結轉移組(73.9%)、臨床晚期乳腺癌(84.6%)中NF-кB mRNA錶達均顯著高于無轉移組(41.7%)及早期組(50.0%),P<0.05.結論 NF-кB mRNA在乳腺癌組織中高錶達,同腫瘤轉移及進展相關,NF-кB參與瞭乳腺癌轉移,可預測腫瘤進展及預後.
목적 탐토핵전록인자(NF)-кB mRNA재유선암조직중적표체급동림상병리지표지간적관계.방법 운용역전록취합매련식반응기술측정70례유선암급배대정상유선조직표본중전록인자-кB mRNA표체,분석기양성표체솔동림상병리지표적관계.결과 70례유선암조직중44례정NF-кB mRNA양성표체,70례배대정상유선조직중29례양성표체,유선암조직중핵전록인자-кB mRNA표체현저고우배대조직(P<0.05);림파결전이조(73.9%)、림상만기유선암(84.6%)중NF-кB mRNA표체균현저고우무전이조(41.7%)급조기조(50.0%),P<0.05.결론 NF-кB mRNA재유선암조직중고표체,동종류전이급진전상관,NF-кB삼여료유선암전이,가예측종류진전급예후.
Objective To explore the expression of nuclear factor-кB(NF-кB) mRNA and its relationship with clinical-pathological index in breast cancer. Methods Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction was applied to detect NF-кB mRNA expression in 70 cases of breast cancer and normal paired tissues and the relationship between the positive rate of NF-кB and clinical-pathological index were analyzed. Results Forty-four cases of breast cancer were NF-кB mRNA positive in 70 cases of breast cancer which was significantly higher than 29 cases positive normal paired tissues(P<0.05).Relatively the NF-кB mRNA positve rate in groups of lymph node metastasis(73.9%)and advanced stage(84.6%) were significantly higher than those in non- metastasis(41.7%)and early-stage(50.0%),P<0.05.Conclusions NF-кB mRNA is highly expressed in breast cancer and correlate with tumor metastasis and progression. NF-кB plays a role in breast cancer progression and maybe predicate the advancement and prognosis of breast cancer.
