对五柱塞泵机组的振动激励源进行了分析研究,并对主要激励源振动频率进行了分析、计算;对试验泵组机身表面振动信号的全面测试与频谱分析研究,为利用振动信号对柱塞泵机组进行状态监测与故障诊断、实现由定期维修制过渡到预测维修制奠定了实验与理论分析基础。

This paper describes the basic characteristics of the variousexciting sources of the pumping set, and analyses and calculates the vibration frequencies of the sources. It also analyses the characteristics of the surface vibration signals and its spectrums of the different position in the pumping set. This is the preparation for the condition monitoring and fault diagnos ing of the pumping set in operating state using the surface vibration signals, which supplies a basis for the ‘predicting maintenance' to substite the‘regular intervals maintenance'.
