观察小柴胡汤、大黄虫丸、鳖甲煎丸对不同时期肝纤维化大鼠血清透明质酸(hyaluranic Acid,HA)、层粘蛋白(Laminin,LN)及血清Ⅲ型前胶原(procollagenⅢ,PcⅢ)影响;采用CCl4肝纤维化模型,用放射免疫方法测血清PcⅢ、HA、LN含量,结果小柴胡汤预防及肝极轻度损伤时可显著降低血清LN、HA含量,示小柴胡汤治肝纤维化当早期用药;大黄虫丸对肝纤维化各期给药均可降低血清HA、LN、PcⅢ含量,示大黄虫丸对肝纤维化有治疗作用;鳖甲煎丸预防及治疗给药能降低血清HA含量,对LN、PcⅢ只在治疗用药时有作用,且大鼠整体状态差,示鳖甲煎丸对肝纤维化预防作用不佳,虽有治疗作用,但其攻逐伤正,临床应用当注意扶益正气。

관찰소시호탕、대황충환、별갑전환대불동시기간섬유화대서혈청투명질산(hyaluranic Acid,HA)、층점단백(Laminin,LN)급혈청Ⅲ형전효원(procollagenⅢ,PcⅢ)영향;채용CCl4간섬유화모형,용방사면역방법측혈청PcⅢ、HA、LN함량,결과소시호탕예방급간겁경도손상시가현저강저혈청LN、HA함량,시소시호탕치간섬유화당조기용약;대황충환대간섬유화각기급약균가강저혈청HA、LN、PcⅢ함량,시대황충환대간섬유화유치료작용;별갑전환예방급치료급약능강저혈청HA함량,대LN、PcⅢ지재치료용약시유작용,차대서정체상태차,시별갑전환대간섬유화예방작용불가,수유치료작용,단기공축상정,림상응용당주의부익정기。
An observation was made on the effects of Xiaochaihu Decoction, Dahuangzhechong Pills and Biejiajian Pills on serum procollagen Ⅲ (Pc Ⅲ), Hyaluronic Acid (HA) and laminin (LN) in different stages of rat hepatic fibrosis. The levels of Pc Ⅲ, HA and LN were determined in rat CCl4 hepatic fibrosis model by radioimmunoassay. The results showed that Xiaochaihu Decoction could obviously decrease the levels of serum LN and HA in the prevention of hepatic fibrosis, and could lower the level of HA in the treatment of minor hepatic fibrosis, which suggested that in the treatment of hepatic fibrosis, Xiaochaihu Decoction should be given in an early stage; Dahuangzhechong Pills could decrease the levels of serum HA, LN and Pc Ⅲ in the rats with hepatic fibrosis in every stages, which suggested that Dahuangzhechong Pills had therapeutic effects on hepatic fibrosis; although both preventive dose and therapeutic dose of Biejiajian Pills could decrease the level of serum HA, only the therapeutic dose could decrease the levels of serum LN and Pc Ⅲ, but at the same time it brought unfavorable effects on the rats, which suggested that Biejiajian Pills had no good preventive effects on hepatic fibrosis, and the measures for keeping and maintaining the vitality of the body should be adopted when to use Biejiajian Pills clinically, because they could damage the vitality of the body despite their therapeutic effects.
