选择4月龄德国美利奴与东北细毛羊杂交羊12只,按体重相近原则平均分为4组,每组3个重复,进行舍饲试验.在基础日粮的基础上分别添加0、2%、5%和8%大豆糖蜜,测定不同添加剂量的大豆糖蜜对绵羊血糖浓度、总蛋白、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、碱性磷酸酶和总胆固醇的变化.结果表明:添加5%大豆糖蜜组血糖浓度比对照组提高了26.83%,显著差异(p<0.05);试验各组总蛋白浓度分别比对照组提高6.45%、6.45%、5.43%,总蛋白对照组与2%组、5%组、8%组差异都达到显著水平(p<0.05);丙氨酸氨基转移酶2%组、5%组、8%组分别比对照组降低4.02%、7.82%和2.62%,但是各组间差异均不显著(p>0.05).

12 sheep crossbred by Germany merino(♂)and northeast fine wool sheep(♀)(approximate live weight) were selected for a feeding experiment under barn feeding conditions divided into 4 groups. The sheep were fed by different dose of soybean molasses with 0,2%,5% and 8% in basic diet. Their contents of glucose, total protein, alanine aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase and total cholesterol in blood were determined. The results showed: the content of the blood glucose of 5% soybean molasses group was 26.83% higher than the control group's (p<0.05). The contents of the total protein of the experimental groups were respectively 6.51%, 6.54% and 2.86% higher than the control group (p<0.05). The contents of the alanine aminotransferase were 4.02%,7.82% and 2.62% lower than the control group (p>0.05). The contents of the alkaline phosphatase and total cholesterol of all experimental groups increased slightly to the control group (p>0.05).
