提出了一种新颖的最大响应差调制方法,从理论和试验方面对比分析了角度调制和最大响应差调制的灵敏度,可以实现快速寻找共振位点.结果表明,基于最大响应差的快速共振位点寻找方法,不仅共振位点获得时间大大缩短,而且还提高了光学表面等离子共振生物分析仪的灵敏度.
提齣瞭一種新穎的最大響應差調製方法,從理論和試驗方麵對比分析瞭角度調製和最大響應差調製的靈敏度,可以實現快速尋找共振位點.結果錶明,基于最大響應差的快速共振位點尋找方法,不僅共振位點穫得時間大大縮短,而且還提高瞭光學錶麵等離子共振生物分析儀的靈敏度.

The paper introduces a novel intensity interrogation based on a maximal response difference value to improve the sensitivity of the SPR biosensor and presents a theoretical analysis and comparison of the sensitivity and measurement system of these two types of SPR biosensors when employed in both of the angular interrogation and maximal response difference interrogation. The results show that this method of rapid location of the resonance point, which is based on the maxinal response difference value can not only significantly reduce the time for obtaining the resonance point, but also enhance the sensitivity of the optical surface plasmon resonance biosensors.
