本文采用荧光法研究了水杨酸金属配合物与牛血清白蛋白的相互作用.观察到水杨酸金属配合物对牛血清白蛋白荧光产生猝灭现象,猝灭方式为静态猝灭.计算了结合常数和结合位点数.并且用圆二色谱法研究水杨酸金属配合物对牛血清白蛋白二级结构的影响,发现水杨酸金属配合物的存在明显改变牛血清白蛋白的构象.
本文採用熒光法研究瞭水楊痠金屬配閤物與牛血清白蛋白的相互作用.觀察到水楊痠金屬配閤物對牛血清白蛋白熒光產生猝滅現象,猝滅方式為靜態猝滅.計算瞭結閤常數和結閤位點數.併且用圓二色譜法研究水楊痠金屬配閤物對牛血清白蛋白二級結構的影響,髮現水楊痠金屬配閤物的存在明顯改變牛血清白蛋白的構象.

In this paper,the interaction between bovine serum albumin and metal complexes of salicylic acid has been studied by fluorescence spectroscopy.It was observed that metal complexes of salicylic acid can reduce the fluorescence intensity of bovine serum albumin.The way of fluorescence quenching was static quenching,and then calculated the binding constant and binding sites.And use the circular dichroism method to study the impact of salicylic acid metal complexes on the secondary structure of bovine serum albumin,and found that salicylic acid metal complexes has obviously changed the conformation of bovine serum albumin.
