测试活性炭、沸石、建筑陶粒以及工程陶粒等四种填料、体积1.23L的生物滤池性能.结果表明,装有工程陶粒的生物滤池其出水无论是COD、NH_3-N还是浊度都要低于其他填料.在水力停留时间1.5h.进水COD小于150mg/L时,两种陶粒出水COD均小于25mg/L,而沸石出水COD则达到50mg/L,活性炭出水,为29mg/L.当进水有机负荷为0.74kgCOD/(m~3*d)时,工程陶粒出水COD甚至降低到10mg/L以下.

The performances of the 1.23L biofiher filled with activated carbon, zeolite, architecture keramics and engineering keramics are measured. The results show that no matter COD, NH_3-N or turbidity, the values from the biofilter with engineering keramics are lower than that with other stuffings. Under the circumstances of HRT =1.5h, COD < 150mg/L, the effluent COD from biofilters filled with two kinds of keramics is beneath 25mg/L, whereas COD values from biofilter full of zeolite reaches 50mg/L, and the value from carbon biofiher is 29mg/L. The COD value from biofiher stuffed with engineering keramies is even depressed to beneath 10mg/L with influent organic loading being 0.74 kgCOD/(m~3* d).
