用浸渍法制备了一系列以TiO_2为载体的负载型催化剂,利用 XRD和IR分析测试技术研究了负载Co~(2+)与Cu~(2+)后催化剂的表面结构,催化剂用于对甲酚氧化制备对羟基苯甲醛的反应中.结果表明,n(Co~(2+)): n(Cu~(2+))=1: 0.5时,催化剂的催化效果最佳.在反应优化条件下,对甲酚的转化率可达100%,对羟基苯甲醛的选择性达95.2%.

A series of supported catalysts was prepared by wetness impregnation method with TiO_2 as substrate. The surface structures of the catalysts were characterized by XRD and IR. The catalysts prepared were used in the oxidation of p-cresol to p-hydroxybenzaldehyde. The results show that when the molar ratio of cobalt ions and copper ions was 1: 0.5, the catalyst had the best catalytic effect. Under optimized reaction conditions, the conversion of p-cresol was nearly 100%, the selectivity of p-hydroxybenzaldehyde was 95.2%.
