专业建设是高职院校发展的核心工作,指出了当前校企合作背景下高职院校专业建设中存在的典型问题,并分析原因;论述了高职教育专业建设应遵循的主要原则,从师资队伍建设、课程建设、实训基地建设3个方面讨论了专业建设的内涵,提出解决相关问题的应对策略,以最终实现高职教育的教育价值、经济价值和社会价值。

Specialty construction is the core in the development of higher vocational colleges. This article points out the typical problems and their causes in the specialty construction of higher vocational colleges under the current background of cooperation between colleges and enterprises. It also elaborates on the major principles that should be followed in the specialty construction of higher vocational education and discusses the connotation of specialty construction in terms of teaching staff construction, curriculum construction and training base construction. Finally, it puts forward the countermeasures that solve the relevant problems so that higher vocational education can realize its educational, economic and social values.
