目的：探讨血清AFP、CEA、CA199和CA125联合检测在原发性肝癌诊断中的应用。方法选择48例原发性肝癌患者、50例肝炎肝硬化患者和48例正常对照者血清AFP、CEA、CA199和CA125水平。结果原发性肝癌组血清AFP、CEA、CA199和CA125水平分别为(168.3±48.3) g/L,(12.8±4.9) g/L,(80.5±21.0) kU/L and (111.3±23.9) kU/L均明显高于良性肝病组和正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论 AFP、CEA、CA199和CA125三项联合检测能够明显提高原发性肝癌诊断的敏感性,弥补单项检测的不足。

목적：탐토혈청AFP、CEA、CA199화CA125연합검측재원발성간암진단중적응용。방법선택48례원발성간암환자、50례간염간경화환자화48례정상대조자혈청AFP、CEA、CA199화CA125수평。결과원발성간암조혈청AFP、CEA、CA199화CA125수평분별위(168.3±48.3) g/L,(12.8±4.9) g/L,(80.5±21.0) kU/L and (111.3±23.9) kU/L균명현고우량성간병조화정상대조조(P<0.05)。결론 AFP、CEA、CA199화CA125삼항연합검측능구명현제고원발성간암진단적민감성,미보단항검측적불족。
Objective To explore the clinical value of combined detection of alpha-fetoprotein(AFP), carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA), CA125, CA199 in diagnose primary liver cancer. Methods Collecting the serum samples from 48 primary hepatic cancer patients , 50 benign liver disease patients and 48 healthy people, the serum levels of AFP, CEA, CA125, CA199 were measured by chemiluminescence. Results The levels of AFP, CEA, CA125, CA199 were (168.3±48.3) g/L, (12.8±4.9) g/L, (80.5±21.0) kU/L and (111.3±23.9) kU/L in primary liver cancer patients respectively, it was significantly higher than that in beingn liver disease patients and healthy people. Conclusion Combined detection of AFP, CEA, CA125, CA199 is useful in the diagnose of primary liver cancer.
