目的　观察9-顺维甲酸(9-cis-RA)对肺鳞癌细胞周期及分化作用的影响。方法　采用流式细胞仪(FCM)分析9-cis-RA处理前后L78和A2两肺鳞癌细胞株各周期时相细胞比率，同时在光镜下观察用药前后细胞形态与结构的变化。结果　应用9-cis-RA后，L78和A2两肺鳞癌细胞株G0/G1期细胞比率较对照组显著增高(P<0.01),S期细胞比率显著降低(P<0.05～0.01);经9-cis-RA处理后，两肺鳞癌细胞株分化特征明显。结论　9-cis-RA对两肺鳞癌细胞株具有抑制细胞分裂、诱导细胞分化的作用。
목적　관찰9-순유갑산(9-cis-RA)대폐린암세포주기급분화작용적영향。방법　채용류식세포의(FCM)분석9-cis-RA처리전후L78화A2량폐린암세포주각주기시상세포비솔，동시재광경하관찰용약전후세포형태여결구적변화。결과　응용9-cis-RA후，L78화A2량폐린암세포주G0/G1기세포비솔교대조조현저증고(P<0.01),S기세포비솔현저강저(P<0.05～0.01);경9-cis-RA처리후，량폐린암세포주분화특정명현。결론　9-cis-RA대량폐린암세포주구유억제세포분렬、유도세포분화적작용。
Objective　To investigate the effect of 9-cis-Retinoic Acid (9-cis-RA) on cell cycle and differentiation in L78 and A2 Lung squamous carcinoma cell lines. Method　Flow cytometry (FCM) was used to detect the rates of G0/G, S and G2/M phases cells before and after being treated with 9-cis-RA in L78 and A2 Lung squamous carcinoma cell lines, and the morphology was also observed. Result　Compared with control group, the rates of G0/G phase cells were higher significantly (P<0.01), the rates of S phase cells were lower significantly (P<0.05～0.01) after being treated with 9-cis-RA in L78 and A2 Lung squamous carcinoma cell lines, and features of cell differentiation were distict in two cell lines. Conclusion　The results indicated that 9-cis-RA could inhibit cell division and induce cell differentiation in L78 and A2 Lung squamous carcinoma cell lines.
