用径迹刻蚀的聚碳酸酯为模板,采用电化学沉积法制备了铜纳米线,通过选用不同孔径的模板,得到了铜纳米线阵列,其直径和长度分别取决于聚碳酸酯模板孔洞的直径和厚度.利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)等手段对铜纳米线的形貌、晶体结构特征和成分进行了表征.铜纳米线为多晶结构,大部分成分为铜,少部分为氧化铜.添加(NH4)2SO420 gL-1和二乙基三胺(DETA)80 mLL-1能减小铜晶粒尺寸.

Copper nanowires were fabricated by electre-deposition on track-etched polycarbonate(PC) templates. By using templates with various hole diameters, copper nanowire arrays were obtained,the diameter and length of which were linked to the hole diameter and thickness of the PC template respectively. The morphology, crystalline structure and composition of the nanowires were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Having a polyerystalline structure,the copper nanowire was composed of a majority of pure copper,and a minority of copper oxide. Addition of (NH4)2SO4 in20 gL-1 and three-diethyl amine (DETA) in 80 mLL-1 into the wire will reduce the grain size of the pure copper.
