采用葡聚糖凝胶G-100,以0.1 mol/L氯化钠溶液为洗脱剂,在优化的凝胶层析条件(层析柱高度30 cm、进样量2 ml、洗脱流速1 ml/4 min)下,对透明质酸发酵液进行分离纯化,得到了高纯度的透明质酸.HA提取率达到79.85%,蛋白质去除率为84.93%.
採用葡聚糖凝膠G-100,以0.1 mol/L氯化鈉溶液為洗脫劑,在優化的凝膠層析條件(層析柱高度30 cm、進樣量2 ml、洗脫流速1 ml/4 min)下,對透明質痠髮酵液進行分離純化,得到瞭高純度的透明質痠.HA提取率達到79.85%,蛋白質去除率為84.93%.
채용포취당응효G-100,이0.1 mol/L록화납용액위세탈제,재우화적응효층석조건(층석주고도30 cm、진양량2 ml、세탈류속1 ml/4 min)하,대투명질산발효액진행분리순화,득도료고순도적투명질산.HA제취솔체도79.85%,단백질거제솔위84.93%.
In this research, sephadex G-100 was used to isolate and purify the broth of hyaluronic acid.HA was highly purified under the following optimized conditions,0.1 mol/L NaCl as eluent;column length is 30 cm;injection volume is 2 ml;elution flow rate is 1 ml/4min.The of HA could reach 79.85% and the was 84.93%.
