针对GM（1,1）模型在参数辩识过程是否出现病态问题,利用矩阵条件数进行了研究,研究结果表明;直接用原始数据建模,模型会出现很大的病态问题,问题的严重程度很大程度上与原始数据大小有关,当然解决问题的方法是通过数乘变换,使原始数据都变成为小于1的数,则灰色GM（1,1）模型中的病态问题就会得到有效解决.

Whether the model we have built sas the morbidity is akey condition to judge its practicability. sothis paper discusses if the morbidity problem will appear in the process of parameters differentiate in grey model, basing on the condition number of matrix. Results show that the morbidity problem exists if the orginal datum are used directly in GM （ 1,1 ）. But by the orginal datum by the mathematics transfer, the morbidity problem canslove easily.
